This 60-Hour Course includes the 40-Hour Basic requirements necessary for participants to successfully complete mediator training, enabling them to serve as court-annexed mediators in Texas and other states or international regions with similar requirements.
OPTION 1: Complete the Comprehensive Mediation Master Class focused on conflict resolution from September 3, 2025, through October 6, 2025.

In the State of Texas, there are no educational requirements to serve as a mediator; however, this mediation class is quite comprehensive. It is highly recommended that you self-evaluate your reading and listening comprehension skills, along with your basic vocabulary skills, before considering registration for this mediator training course. Additionally, free self-evaluation tests for reading and listening comprehension, a vocabulary word/expression list, and a test to assess your conflict resolution style are available on the registration page, which can help you prepare for effective dispute intervention.

While the minimum requirements allow you to join, exceeding them will generally lead to a more seamless and enjoyable learning experience in your mediation class.

CERTIFICATE OF SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION PROVIDED
Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive an authorized certificate of completion and may claim the status of an official Thought Resolution Protocol™ Mediator. This training in conflict resolution qualifies mediators to conduct court-annexed cases per Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Title 7, Chapter 154 Section 23, enabling them to serve as court-annexed mediators.
To qualify for the Successful Completion Certificate, the participant must:
1. Complete all modules and successfully pass the quiz at the end of each with a score of 85% or better. Retests are provided as needed.
2. Complete and submit all of the required assignments.
3. Submit a total of 2 hours of Mock Mediation Zoom productions, where the participant serves as the mediator, demonstrating the Thought Resolution Protocol in action. These Mock Mediation sessions, crucial for mediator training, are graded by a panel of Thought Resolution Protocol specialists. Feedback and coaching are provided at the end of each submission, and participants must receive a grade of 85% or better from our panel of approved specialists to ensure they are well-equipped for effective dispute intervention.
